While Mercury entering his sign is quite good for communication, it can mean that he has a lack of objectivity and detachment. Now this is a very powerful transit, there’s lots of energy going on here, but because it’s in his solar 12th house, it’s all happening at a subliminal level. What does this mean? He doesn’t always know what he wants, he can be quite willful and competitive and yet he lacks direction and this leads to some false starts, irritability and in some cases, it also leads to mistakes because he misjudges a situation or he really doesn’t understand the lay of the land properly.
Now the best thing he can do at the moment is to prepare better, so encourage him to take a step back, to understand the totality of the situation and not feel an internal pressure to move forward. He is his own worst enemy right now, so when things go wrong, it’s usually because his timing is off or he’s pushed too fast, too far. Mars entering Sagittarius represents an excellent time for him asserting himself, it’s good for his energy and it’s excellent for any competitive or sporting events. Certainly encourage him to go for targets at work, to aim higher and to push himself, because he has an extra bit of courage and audacity to open doors for himself.
However, the Mars energy in Sagittarius can sometimes be a little over-enthusiastic, pushy and even volatile, so sometimes you need a little bit of space from him because he can just be too intense.

Week 1 – Brutus lurks at work
During week one he is very busy in the work environment and he generally gets a lot of satisfaction within his work, so be aware that he’s working really hard and could even be putting in extra hours in the office and he’s feeling rather good about the progress he is making.
On the other hand, this is also a time when he may have unrealistic expectations and he may put his faith in the wrong people, so this is not a good time for him to be delegating. This is one of those times when you have to say to him, “Look, if you want something done properly do it yourself!”
